About our “Triple Threat” Pulled Pork Sandwich
Some have called it the Trifecta. It’s the ultimate pork sandwich — pork three ways. A chicken-fried schnitzel of heritage Duroc pork loin. Salmon Creek Farms natural pork, slow roasted at The Shack for at least five hours, then hand-pulled. And did we mention applewood-smoked bacon? Served with a spicy, house-made pepperoncini and pickle relish on an Amish Kaiser Bun from local Sadie Rose Bakery.

Pulled pork 'Triple Threat' sandwich, with pork three ways: chicken-fried pork cutlet, spicy pulled pork, and crispy bacon. With chopped pepperoncini relish and bacon jam.
