Tajima Collab: Pig Meets Ramen

We are very excited to announce that our very own Chef Hanis Cavin has partnered with Sam Morikizono of Tajima Restaurants to create a collaboration dish – “Pig Meets Ramen.” This savory ramen dish features Tajima’s signature tonkotsu broth mixed with chili oil and topped with bean sprouts, chives, green onions, fried garlic, nori and shredded dried chili. A thicker cut of our Carnitas’ pork belly, cooked in a sweet soy sauce to balance the broth, sits atop a choice of fat or thin noodles.

Head into Tajima’s Hillcrest, East Village, North Park, Convoy Street, and Mercury Street locations to try it for yourself! Available June 1-30 for $10.
