We’ll have a whole range of their beers on tap, with a Grazias Cream Ale on nitro. Come meet and greet some of the folks from the brewery. $6 pints, all Hess beers.

We’re roasting a whole Taj Farms pig in the caja china, and will be serving barbecue-style, with yellow bean & bacon salad, and jalapeño cheese cornbread. We’ll have a mustard barbecue sauce made with Hess Ex Umbris Imperial Stout. And Chef Ivan is whipping up some of his famous barbecue sauce – with a Hess Grazias made with Caffé Calabria coffee.
