Eater San Diego 5 Days of Meat at Carnitas' Snack ShackIn celebration of all things meat, we present the Smokehouse Kings Meat Stack, an off-the-menu special available all week long for just $10.

The Meat Stack is an audacious sandwich of smoked brisket, smoked ham and smoked turkey, piled high on a locally baked pretzel bun from Sadie Rose, with cheese and a housemade mustard aioli. All meats are smoked and prepared on-premises by The Smokehouse Kings. Sorry, no greenery allowed — this is meat and cheese on a bun for carnivores only!

In addition to the Smokehouse Kings Meat Stack, we’ll have all our usual porcine pleasures, including the Triple Threat Pork Sandwich, The SnackShack Burger, Carnitas, our daily specials, and a wide variety of local craft beers & specialty sodas from which to choose.

We’ll have a limited number of Meat Stacks each day during Eater San Diego’s 5 Days of Meat, so plan on coming in early! Ask for it by name at the window.
