Join Chefs Hanis Cavin of Carnitas’ Snack Shack and Chad White for a pig roast Chef’s Dinner as part of the Comun “Mi Casa Su Casa” chef’s series.
On November 13, 2014 starting at 6:00 PM Chef Chad White & Chef Hanis Cavin will be burning down at the Comun Kitchen & Tavern.
Cook’s Ranch will be providing the “Forbidden Fruit”. Yes that means the Pig’s!!! Butchers from Cook’s Ranch will be doing a live demo, and packages of the fresh pork will be available. The Chefs will even be giving out recipes!
