Chefs and Shakers Mashup with Carnitas' Snack Shack

Thursday, June 19, 2014 CityBeat, SummerSalt Pool Lounge and Hotel Palomar are holding a Chef’s & Shakers Mash-up in celebration of CityBeat’s annual Drink Issue. Nine bartender-and-chef teams will come together to put forth one cohesive pairing utilizing SMOKE as their inspiration. This friendly chef and bar competition will offer a bite and drink paired and put forth for the public’s vote.

Open to the public, this ticketed event will be held atop Hotel Palomar at SummerSalt Pool Lounge.
