How about some good food and wine with friends “country-style” in the Guadalupe Valley? Join Chef Hanis Wednesday night, August 15 as they prepare an eight-course dinner and wine pairing at Chef Javier Plascencia’s Finca Altozano.
Finca Altozano (“Hill Farm”) is located in the heart of Baja wine country, in the Valle de Guadalupe, Baja, California, Mexico.
With wines from Baja vintners Norte 32 and G. Salinas Vitivinicultores. And dinner by host Chef Javier Plascencia (Misión 19, Finca Altozano) and guest chefs Flor Franco (Indulge Catering, San Diego), Steve Samson & Zach Pollack (Sotto, Los Angeles), Andrew Spurgin (Andres Spurgin™ LTD, San Diego), Robert Hohmann (Hotel del Coronado, San Diego), hanis Cavin (Carnitas’ Snack Shack, San Diego) and Antonio Friscia (Gaijin, San Diego).
