Chef Hanis Cavin to Appear on KFSD Radio

Chef Hanis Cavin will be discussing his new pork-centric restaurant, Carnitas’ Snack Shack, on Wine & Dine San Diego Radio March 10, 2012. Quickly becoming a San Diego foodie destination, Carnitas’ Snack Shack is located in North Park at 2632 University Avenue. Open daily from noon to midnight, closed Tuesdays. ‘The Shack’ is named after Hanis’ pet mini-pig Carnitas.
Wine & Dine is San Diego’s only talk show devoted solely to food, and airs every Saturday afternoon from 1 to 2pm on KFSD Radio 1450 AM. Hosted by Ron James and Mike Bragg, with co-hosts Robert Whitley, Caron Golden, David Nelson and Frank Mangio.
Other guests will be Chef Jeff Rossman of Terra and Dick Gilmore of Iowa Meat Farms and Siesel’s Meats.
