We are proud to announce and host the first pop-up dinner at Carnitas’ Snack Shack. Friend and amazing local Chef Chad White will present his first Plancha Baja Med popup dinner. Plancha Baja Med is a popup concept that changes as Chef Chad White is inspired by his travels, his peers. A nonspecific dining experience that allows his imagination to run wild. Cooking however, wherever, and whenever he wants.
