Congrats! Chef Hanis Cavin of Carnitas’ Snack Shack and three others were featured in Sunset Magazine’s May 2012 issue, as innovative San Diego Chefs to watch. Congratulations go to Cavin, along with Chefs Chad White of Gabardine, Jason Knibb of Nine-Ten and Norma Martinez of El Vitral.
