About Our Menu
Our menu changes daily because we use local and family farmers, ranchers, bakers, vineyards and breweries. We source our ingredients as locally as possible to provide with you the tastiest farm-fresh food! A few examples -- Our pastured beef comes from Niman Ranch. Our all-natural, cage-free poultry is raised sustainably and ethically at Tzaddik Farm in Alpine. Our vegetables come from local farmers' markets, Suzie's Farm, and Specialty Produce in San Diego. We get our fresh goat cheese from Nicolau Farms in Modesto. The Sadie Rose Baking Company in San Diego, Con Pane Rustic Breads at Liberty Station, and Dudley's Bakery in Santa Ysabel make our specialty breads and rolls. We have local guest pastry chefs Rachel Caygill, Andrea Davis, Betsy G, Ben Rollins and Jenny Williams make our fantastic desserts. The clean, purified drinking water we serve comes from The Water Lady in North Park. And although it's not local, our pork comes from Salmon Creek Farms. Family owned and operated, Salmon Creek Farms provides the best nutrition, cleanest environment, and most humane treatment of their hogs that we could find -- resulting in natural, pastured pork with unsurpassed quality.
