On Thursday, December 13th, Brian Malarkey’s Burlap Restaurant is hosting an unforgettable event in honor of Stone Brewing’s final release of their Vertical Epic Ale, a bold Belgian-style beer that has been a favorite since 2002.
Start with a Stone draft, then work your way through every Vertical Epic Ale since 2008, accompanied by food pairings from some of San Diego’s top chefs: Anthony Sinsay (BURLAP), Rachel King (baKING co.), Paul McCabe (La Valencia Hotel), Joe Magnanelli (Urban Kitchen) and Hanis Cavin (Carnitas’ Snack Shack).
The Vertical Epic Ale Event is from 7-9pm and costs $50 per person.
