Carnitas’ Snack Shack Supports Two Friscia Fundraisers

This just in from Keli Dailey! Mark your calendars: There are two noble fundraisers linked to Gaijin Noodle + Sake House/Stingaree/Campine chef Antonio Friscia next month.

The first gives 100 percent of its proceeds to the UC San Diego Burn Center — Chef Friscia insisted. His wife Stacy suffered life threatening third-degree burns after a tragic accident this past July. To honor the burn center that’s been diligently caring for her, Friscia and his chef-friends are throwing a foodie fundraiser.
